OPUS Studio — Privacy Policy
OPUS Studio is an internal business tool. It is used only by employees of the companies that run the connected Odoo systems (Sport & More, NAVA, InOff, BLO and Clinica). It is not offered to the public and it does not create accounts.
What the app processes
- Your Odoo account. You sign in with the email and password of your existing Odoo employee account, or through Google sign-in handled by Odoo. The app stores the Odoo session identifier on your device so you stay signed in. It never stores your password.
- Product content. Product names, codes, colors, reference photos you upload, generated images and generated texts are stored in your company's Odoo database, on servers operated by your company. Generation requests are sent by Odoo to the configured AI provider (Google) under your company's contract.
- Camera. The camera is used only while you scan a product barcode, and only after you tap Scan. No video or photos from the camera are stored by the app.
- Photos. Images you pick from your device are uploaded to the Odoo session you chose and nowhere else.
What the app does not do
- No advertising, no analytics SDKs that profile you, no sale of data.
- No location tracking, no contacts or messages access.
- No data is sent to any server other than your company's Odoo servers.
Retention and deletion
Session content lives in your company's Odoo database and follows your company's retention rules. Signing out removes the session from the device and invalidates it on the server. To delete an account, contact your company's Odoo administrator; the app itself cannot delete Odoo users.

OPUS Studio أداة عمل داخلية. يستخدمها فقط موظفو الشركات التي تشغّل أنظمة أودو المرتبطة (سبورت أند مور، نافا، إن أوف، بلو، كلينيكا). التطبيق غير موجّه للعامة ولا ينشئ حسابات.
ما يعالجه التطبيق
- حساب أودو. تدخل ببريد وكلمة مرور حساب الموظف الموجود بأودو، أو عبر دخول گوگل الذي يديره أودو. يحفظ التطبيق معرّف جلسة أودو على جهازك حتى تبقى مسجّلاً، ولا يحفظ كلمة المرور أبداً.
- محتوى المنتجات. أسماء المنتجات وأكوادها وألوانها، والصور المرجعية التي ترفعها، والصور والنصوص المولّدة، كلها تُخزَّن بقاعدة أودو لشركتك على خوادم تديرها شركتك. طلبات التوليد يرسلها أودو إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي المضبوط (گوگل) ضمن عقد شركتك.
- الكاميرا. تُستخدم فقط عند قراءة باركود المنتج وبعد ضغطك على «قراءة الباركود». لا يحفظ التطبيق أي فيديو أو صور من الكاميرا.
- الصور. الصور التي تختارها من جهازك تُرفع إلى جلسة أودو التي اخترتها ولا إلى أي مكان آخر.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
- لا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل تتعقّبك، ولا بيع بيانات.
- لا تتبّع للموقع، ولا وصول لجهات الاتصال أو الرسائل.
- لا تُرسَل أي بيانات إلى خادم غير خوادم أودو الخاصة بشركتك.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
محتوى الجلسات يبقى بقاعدة أودو لشركتك ويتبع سياسة الاحتفاظ عندها. تسجيل الخروج يحذف الجلسة من الجهاز ويبطلها على الخادم. لحذف حساب، راجع مدير أودو بشركتك؛ التطبيق نفسه لا يحذف مستخدمي أودو.
