Who can sign in

Employees with an OPUS role in their company's Odoo. If sign-in fails with "no OPUS access", ask your Odoo administrator to add you to the OPUS User group.

Common questions

• Forgot your password? Use "Set or reset your password" on the sign-in screen; it opens your company's Odoo reset page.
• Barcode not found? The barcode must belong to a saleable product in the selected project. Search by name or code instead.
• Generation did not complete? Open the session in Odoo to see the provider message, then try again from the app.
• Which project am I in? The project name is shown in the top bar; tap it to switch between connected projects.
