We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Iraq. You pay the delivery driver when you receive your order. For in-store purchases, we also accept card payments via Amwal POS.

Delivery is 5,000 IQD for Baghdad and 8,000 IQD for other provinces across Iraq via our delivery partner Al-Waseet.

All orders are delivered next day — order today, delivered tomorrow. Our team will call you to confirm delivery timing before dispatch.

You can exchange any item within 7 days of receiving it, provided: the item is in its original condition with tags attached, you have the receipt or order confirmation, and the item has not been worn, washed, or altered. Exchange can be done at our Al-Arasat store or coordinated via delivery.

We offer exchange only — cash refunds are not available. You can exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or greater value (paying the difference if applicable).
