Order data: products purchased, sizes, prices, payment method (cash/COD), invoice number, delivery status.

Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referrer, session events.
Marketing data: events from Meta Pixel / Conversions API (page views, add to cart, purchase) tied to a hashed identifier so we can measure ad performance.

3) How We Collect Data
Directly from you when you place an order, subscribe, contact us, or visit our store.
Automatically when you use our website (cookies, server logs, pixels).
From third parties such as the courier (delivery status), Meta (ad attribution), and payment/processing providers if applicable.

Process and deliver your orders (including handing data to the courier).
After-sales service: exchange, complaints, manufacturing-defect handling.
Customer service over phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
Send transactional notifications (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery).
Send marketing messages only with your consent (you can opt out anytime).
Measure and improve ad performance through Meta Pixel and the Conversions API.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks; secure our systems.

Couriers (e.g. Al-Waseet) to fulfil delivery and COD.
Meta Platforms Inc. for ad measurement and conversion attribution (hashed identifiers via Conversions API).

Authorities when required by Iraqi law or a lawful order.
7) International Transfers
