All orders are delivered through Al-Waseet (الوسيط), Iraq's trusted delivery network. Once your order is confirmed, we hand it to Al-Waseet for fast and secure delivery to your doorstep.

How It Works
- Place your order on our website
- Our team calls you to confirm the order and delivery details
- Al-Waseet picks up your order from our store
- The driver delivers to your address and collects payment (Cash on Delivery)
Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the delivery driver when you receive your package. No online payment required. For in-store purchases, we also accept card payments via Amwal POS.
Important Notes
- We currently deliver within Iraq only.
- Please ensure your phone number is correct — the driver will call before delivery.
- Inspect your order before accepting — exchanges within 7 days with receipt.
- If you're not available at delivery time, the driver will attempt redelivery the next day.
